1.1 TND Africa provides a platform that allows users to invest in fractional shares of music royalties. By purchasing these shares, investors become stakeholders in the success of the music they choose to invest in.
1.2 These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using TND Africa’s website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you accept these terms in full.
2.1 Minimum Investment: The minimum investment amount is $100. This is required to participate in any royalty share offer available on the TND Africa platform.
2.2 Investment Returns: Investors will receive a 50% return on their initial investment after a period of 6 months.
2.3 Interest Withdrawal: Interest earned from investments can only be withdrawn after 60 days from the date of the investment.
2.4 Capital Withdrawal: Investors have the right to withdraw their capital after the 6-month investment period. Withdrawals can be made at any time, with no set limit on the amount that can be withdrawn.
3.1 Account Registration: To use the TND Africa platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. TND Africa is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Compliance with Laws: By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms.
4.1 Investment Risk: Investing in music royalties carries inherent risks, including the risk of loss of capital. Returns are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on the success of the music and other market factors.
4.2 No Financial Advice: TND Africa does not provide financial advice. Investors should conduct their own research and consult with financial advisors before making investment decisions.
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the TND Africa platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the promotion of illegal activities.
5.2 Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the TND Africa platform are the property of TND Africa or its licensors. You may not use any of these without the express written permission of TND Africa.
6.1 Account Suspension or Termination: TND Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
6.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
7.1 TND Africa will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, including any investment losses.
7.2 TND Africa’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount of investment you have made on the platform.
8.1 TND Africa reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
9.1 These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
